Yes! If you have a store front that currently sales automotive paint you can apply to become a UreChem dealer by emailing us at [email protected]. Include the address of your store, the service area, the brands of paint you currently offer, and which products you would like to stock. We also have a private label program where you can build your own brand.
You can purchase one of our color charts here. Our color chart contains actual sprayouts of our hottest 160 colors grouped by solids, metallics, 2 stage pearls, and 3 stage effects. We do not offer paint "samples" at this time other than the color chart.
Sorry, no we don't. In an effort to keep costs down for us and savings up for you, we use the online store as our catalog. A good resource for many color choices is our color chart, which is very inexpensive and ships for free via USPS.
Purchase FAQs
We go to great lengths to pack materials to reduce shipping damage, but occasionally products do get damaged in transit. Let us know right away, and be sure to keep the box the parts arrived in. Items damaged or items missing from your shipment must be reported within 24 hours of package receipt so we can file a claim with the appropriate carrier. Should your items be damaged beyond use during shipment, please take photos of the box and items and email them to us at [email protected]. We will file a damaged freight claim to get your money back or materials replaced. Please note we do not consider dented cans product that is damaged beyond use. We do not ship dented cans or damaged merchandise.
Yes. When your items ship our software will automatically email and/or text a tracking number. If after 2 business days (weekends and holidays do not count as business days) from completed payment you have not a tracking number please contact us to verify your package status.
Call us at 877-583-0400 immediately. We process orders quickly and once an item ships we cannot cancel the order.
We do offer a warranty when our product is used from the metal or fiberglass up using UreChem primers, color, and clears as a system in the manner we recommend. The length of the warranty depends on the system and color. For more specifics please contact us at [email protected].
